Directions to CTBM:
To ensure a smooth arrival at our workshop, please follow these step-by-step directions once you enter the Arcadia area.
1. Entry via Paterson Road
Most visitors will approach via Paterson Road. From Paterson Road, turn onto Arcadia Road, which serves as the primary access point for the industrial park.
2. The Main Entrance
Follow Arcadia Road until you reach the main SBDC Arcadia Park Entrance. Turn into the park through the main gate.
3. Navigating the Complex
Once inside the park, follow the internal road as it leads you past the first block of units. The road will curve slightly to the left and then take a sharp right-hand turn.
4. Final Approach
As you continue straight, you will pass Zenith Laser Cutting on your right-hand side. Keep moving forward along this path toward the large warehouse at the end of the road.
5. Arriving at CTBM
The CTBM Location is situated in the large warehouse building at the end of the internal road. Look for the CTBM Entrance signs located at the front of the premises.
Note to Visitors: Ample parking is available directly in front of the CTBM entrance for loading and off-loading.
CTBM is based in the SBDC Industrial Units, Unit 45, Arcadia, Arcadia Park, East London. As we are located within an industrial complex, we can sometimes be difficult to find on first visit.
